Parallel Products Cream Developer is specially formulated to activate the coloring properties in our Luxe Lash & Brow Tint. This activation assists in opening the cuticle layer of the lash and brow hair providing the lush and natural color your client's request.
Ingredients: Demineralized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-25, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Ortho Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Stannate, Sodium Benzoate, Edta-Ethylenediamine Tetra Acetic Acid
Application:
Prior to application, clean and dry the area where the mixture will be applied.
Prepare the mixture by mixing the Cream Hair Dye with Parallel Products Cream Developer in an equal 1:1 ratio until an even consistency is achieved.
Coat the hair evenly with the mixture.
Leave the mixture on the hair for 3-7 minutes to allow the mixture to dye the hair properly. The mixture can be left on for a shorter or longer period within the recommended time to achieve a lighter or darker dying effect respectively.
Wash the mixture off and pat dry the application site.
Patch Test:
Always make sure to always patch test a mixture of the Luxe Lash & Brow Tint + Developer prior to use. To patch test, mix up a small portion and apply it to the inside of the arm. Wait 15 minutes and remove using a cotton pad and water. After this, wait 48 hours and closely monitor the application area.

If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted. Goods (in original packaging and unused) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 10% handling fee will be charged.
Due to the nature of our products we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.Please note that we don't accept returns nail varnish, bulbs, electrodes, gels or tweezers. These need to be checked / viewed on receipt and returned with driver. No money will be refunded – your “account” will be credited and it may be deducted from your next order.
