Choose the correct strap according to length for the appropriate body area. Wrap strap around and use hook part to attach to loop or any other part of strap. Ensure strap fasten but not too tight.

The straps are very flexible with a width of 8.5cm and can be double-wrapped if the strap is too long, as the Velcro will adhere anywhere onto the fabric.
