• Apply Lash & Brow Perm (1) to the entire brow.
• Start at the beginning of the brow and follow the direction that the eyebrows were brushed. Avoid the skin around the
brows as much as possible and use a dry cotton bud to tidy up undesired edges.
• Application time: 6 minutes.
• Remove Lash & Brow Perm (1) using a dry cotton bud or cotton pad. Follow the direction that the hairs were combed. Correct individual hairs, if necessary.
• Apply Neutralizer (2) to the entire brow.
• Start at the beginning of the brow and follow the direction that the eyebrows were brushed. Avoid the skin around the
brows as much as possible and use a dry cotton bud to tidy up undesired edges.
• Application time: 4 minutes.
• Remove Neutralizer (2) using a damp cotton pad. Then use RefectoCil Saline Solution to thoroughly clean the
eyebrow area and completely remove any residue.
• Now you can proceed to tinting the eyebrows.

The ingredient keratin has a hair strengthening effect and the application time is only 10 minutes. Brows can be coloured immediately after the treatment.
Yield: Approximately 15 applications per kit.
Kit Contains:
- 2 x Lash & Brow Perm 3.5ml
- 2 x Neutralizer 3.5ml
- 2 x Cosmetic Brushes
- 2 x Application Dishes
- 1 x Eye Care Pads (free)
Steps:
- Clean — Clean brows using Eye Make-Up Remover, then use Saline Solution to remove surfactants and residual oil. Brush eyebrows into desired shape.
- Perm — Apply Lash & Brow Perm to the entire brow following the direction of the hairs. Application time: 6 minutes. Remove with a dry cotton bud.
- Neutralize — Apply Neutralizer to the entire brow. Application time: 4 minutes. Remove with a damp cotton pad, then clean with Saline Solution.
- Tint — Apply selected RefectoCil tint. Application time: 3 minutes after Brow Lamination.
- Clean & Style — Return brows to desired style with a mascara wand. Apply Refectocil Styling Gel for colour protection.
Precautions:
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- Wear plastic apron to avoid contamination of clothing.
- Avoid contact between Lash Perm and Neutralizer.
