Use a spatula and scoop 10-20ml of product. Apply to hands and or feet. Place plastic protector bags over hands and or feet and then cover with towels or mittens and booties.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Remove excess with disposable towel and massage remainer in to the skin.
