PRICE & AVAILABILITY
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Leonelda Products CC. We reserve the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer or errors.
In the event of a price difference we will contact you and notify you of any discrepancy. You have the right to either cancel the item or accept new price quoted.
Prices include VAT (14%) but don’t include delivery or courier fees.
Our website does not keep record of stock on hand and we don't except any payments online.
Most of our products are imported and we can’t always guarantee stock as shipments might be delayed, stock items moving fast or suppliers out of stock.
You will be notified of any item being on backorder and it will be noted on your invoice – you will not be charged for any out of stock item!
We will contact you once the item becomes available. You can then place an order or wait till you place another order and re-order this item as a delivery / courier fee are charged on all items.
Quotations & Ordering
As a direct importer and direct sales to the beauty industry we save you money by purchasing and selling direct without the expensive middleman. If you need a quotation please submit a request.
All goods can be viewed at our showroom or on www.leoneldabeauty.co.za.
Ordering can be done by telephone, fax, e-mail or online. (Please do not sms or whatsapp orders)
Receipt of online & mail orders will be confirmed by reply mail within half an hour – If you do not get a response please give us a call on (011) 913-1930.
Always ensure that all orders are placed by 14h00 the day before except on Fridays the order deadline is 12h00 as our drivers leave early in the morning and we can't keep them waiting.
As soon as an order has been received, order gets processed & goods are packed. This is all done within 1 - 2 hours.
Once packed we will mail your invoice and sent a confirmation sms. It is essential to check your invoice at this time to ensure items and shipping method are correct as per your instruction.
Also ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a courier or delivery parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Changing & Cancelling
Due to the short time span between receiving your order and order being ready to ship, we suggest you immediately call our sales team on 0119131930.
Normal Delivery orders - If you need to change or cancel an order please do so the day before delivery by 15h00.
Courier Orders - Please try and keep changes to courier orders to a minimum or within the 1 hour time span. In the event of order being changed (items cancelled or added) after invoice, order will be cancelled and re-packed completely. This will result in a delay of 1-2 hours as new courier quotes will have to be obtained.
No cancellation will be accepted for any goods specially made.
Once parcels have been loaded or collected by courier we can unfortunately not change or cancel any order.
We don't accept any payments online - meaning you only pay once you receive an invoice from us.
We accept all credit & debit cards except American Express & Diners for payment (not for courier parcels). Drivers have each got a card machine for card payments on delivery.
No cheque payments are accepted.
For those of you who wish to pay by internet:- All payments must be made before delivery and a proof of transfer must be given to our drivers or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Receipt of mail will be acknowledge & driver will be informed.
If you don't receive your invoice & sms within 2 hours from ordering please call us.
All goods are COD and our drivers have been instructed to not leave any goods without full payment.
Please note that all orders over R5000.00 will not be released or loaded onto our vehicles until funds reflect into our bank account.
All equipment carries a one (1) year limited guarantee. (Full guarantee conditions on request or inside packaging when purchasing equipment) Please ensure to read & complete warranty card and return within 30 days from purchase.
Just a reminder that the purchaser is responsible to get the warranty machine to our premises and back to you meaning you are liable for the cost
Equipment for Use outside South Africa
All our equipment is fitted with a standard 3 pin or 2 pin plug and are 220V. An adaptor are included for 2 pin plugs.
If you intend to use the equipment in a country with a different voltage please ensure to use the correct convertor as this can result in your guarantee being void.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
Goods (in original packaging and unused) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 10% handling fee will be charged. – Due to the nature of our products we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.
Please note that we don't accept returns nail varnish, bulbs, electrodes, gels, toenail & cuticle nippers or tweezers. These need to be checked / viewed on receipt and returned with driver.
No money will be refunded – your “account” will be credited and it may be deducted from your next order.
