4 steps -
Scrub - Take the desired amount of scrub and gently apply to hands and arms. Massage gently for 5 to 8 minutes before rinsing with water.
Massage - Place the massage cream in the palm of your hand and massage into hands and arms until fully absorbed.
Mask - Apply an even layer of the mask to hands and arms, Cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes until fully absorbed.
Lotion - Massage onto hands and arms until fully absorbed.
